Full Remodel After a Plumbing Disaster

We recently had the opportunity to assist a customer facing a plumbing disaster as their pipes had completely disintegrated. We not only resolved the plumbing issue swiftly but also took it as an opportunity to completely remodel the space. Our team’s expertise and attention to detail ensured that we not only fixed the immediate problem but also left the customer with a beautifully renovated area, showcasing our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Ultimate Lanai Rebuild – Pali

We finally completed an ultimate lanai (deck) rebuild. The old space was rotten and unsafe. Despite facing several delays including rain outs and a wait for materials, the crew was finally able to complete the project.

The lanai has been rebuilt and the homeowners can once again enjoy the views off of their new outdoor space. This was certainly a challenging job, but the Trademark Construction crew was up to the task, and their hard work has paid off. #palijob

Installing these boards was a little harrowing, but we made sure everyone was safe during the project.

Chandelier in Lanikai

We recently had the opportunity to install a stunning chandelier in a living room with a 30-foot high ceiling. The installation was no easy feat – our team had to build and work on tall scaffolding to get the job done. But the end result was worth it! The chandelier is absolutely beautiful and adds a touch of elegance. After the installation was complete, we remudded and painted the ceiling to ensure it looked as good as new. Working at such heights was definitely a little scary, but we’re thrilled with how everything turned out. The space is now more beautiful than ever!

But after installing new deck boards, we’ve completely transformed the space! We’re still waiting for materials to come in for the railings, but once they do, we’ll create a beautiful and safe lanai that will last for years to come.
