Ultimate Lanai Rebuild – Pali

We finally completed an ultimate lanai (deck) rebuild. The old space was rotten and unsafe. Despite facing several delays including rain outs and a wait for materials, the crew was finally able to complete the project.

The lanai has been rebuilt and the homeowners can once again enjoy the views off of their new outdoor space. This was certainly a challenging job, but the Trademark Construction crew was up to the task, and their hard work has paid off. #palijob

We paid attention to each detail, the deck boards line up perfectly.
Installing these boards was a little harrowing, but we made sure everyone was safe during the project.
